1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 7c77com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the 7c77com website located at https://7c77com.net, including all sports betting services, live casino games, slot games, crash games, arcade games, promotional programmes, and any related services offered under the 7c77com brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 7c77com platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand it, and that you accept all of its terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

7c77com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given through a notice on the platform or via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

1.1 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text. All official communications between 7c77com and its players are conducted in English.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 7c77com with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and proposals.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 7c77com is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. The minimum age to use 7c77com is 18 years without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 7c77com, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not been previously excluded from 7c77com or any associated platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force.
• You are not registering on behalf of, or funding the account of, any person who does not independently meet these eligibility criteria.

2.1 Age Verification

7c77com conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification before processing a player's first withdrawal. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. The compliance team may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of account access and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

7c77com is designed for players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. The platform does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. Determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location is your sole responsibility. 7c77com does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of 7c77com services, you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7c77com. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 7c77com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and wagers placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein, including any accrued bonus funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 7c77com will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently during KYC verification is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7c77com reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period, subject to advance notification by email. Any remaining balance will be preserved and will remain accessible upon account reactivation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7c77com are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional bank partners may be added from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the banking section of the platform.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Upay are typically processed instantly and reflected in your balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transfer being completed.
• Deposits via Rocket and bank transfer are processed within a short period during standard operating hours. Delays may occur outside banking hours or during high-traffic periods such as major cricket fixtures.
• 7c77com does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7c77com bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any transaction costs.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawing to a different method requires prior approval from the compliance team.
• First withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification before processing can begin. Subsequent withdrawals may also be subject to verification checks at the platform's discretion.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours for mobile wallet methods, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• 7c77com reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any active fraud investigation or KYC review.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to individuals who have been verified as the registered account holder. 7c77com will not make payments to third parties under any circumstances.

5 Bonus & Promotions

7c77com offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, BPL, Eid, and other events. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement when you opt in to a promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your balance are always withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal terms, regardless of any active bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, the voiding of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once.
• Using bonus funds in a manner that exploits mathematical certainty to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure — sometimes known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage play".
• Coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion in a way not intended by its terms.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a first-deposit promotion.
• Claiming a promotion after having previously been excluded from that promotion category by the platform.

5.3 Promotional Changes

7c77com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will have their entitlement honoured under the original terms. Players who have not yet qualified at the time of discontinuation will not retain any claim to the offer.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 7c77com are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type, in addition to the general conduct rules set out here. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the platform's Help section and are updated as necessary to reflect changes in competition formats or game rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until 7c77com's system has issued a written confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure, system error, or manifest pricing error occurring before confirmation is issued, 7c77com reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance. The platform also reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or feed failure — sometimes called a "palpable error" or "manifest error" — 7c77com reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already settled. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and any such amounts credited in error will be reclaimed from the player's balance.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7c77com platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing wagers based on insider knowledge of predetermined outcomes.
• Collusion with other players, platform staff, or game providers for the purpose of manipulating outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider in respect of a legitimate deposit that has been used for wagering.

7 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request the closure of your 7c77com account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any available balance — net of any pending verification or investigation requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method within standard processing timelines.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Voluntary account closure can be requested for any reason. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the support team is trained to handle the request sensitively and without delay. Players requesting responsible gaming closure will be offered a self-exclusion arrangement as an alternative to full account deletion if they wish to preserve the option to return to the platform in the future.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a formal arrangement under which your account is suspended for a defined or indefinite period at your request, for responsible gaming purposes. Available self-exclusion periods are: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, 7c77com will make reasonable efforts to ensure you cannot access your account, and you will be removed from marketing communications for the duration. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of this Agreement.

7.3 Platform-Initiated Closure

7c77com reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Abuse of promotional offers or multi-accounting as described in Section 5.

8 Limitation of Liability

7c77com provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, feed delays, or unforeseen technical events may cause temporary service disruptions. 7c77com will endeavour to minimise such disruptions and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7c77com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of betting opportunities, or any damage to your device or software resulting from platform use.

8.2 Aggregate Liability Cap

In any event, 7c77com's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that the outcome of bets and games is uncertain by nature. By using 7c77com, you confirm that you gamble voluntarily and with funds that you can afford to lose. 7c77com is not responsible for financial losses incurred through gambling activity conducted on the platform in accordance with these Terms.

8.4 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, that a transaction has been processed in error, or that any other aspect of your account has not been handled in accordance with these Terms, contact [email protected] with full details of your query. The support team targets an initial response time of under ten (10) minutes and will investigate all complaints fairly and thoroughly. 7c77com is committed to resolving disputes promptly and transparently.
